Speaker 1:

Ladies and gentlemen, andy, here I went from depressed and suicidal to living a life of abundance and joy. If I can do it, you sure as hell can too. Let's talk a little bit about some of the coaches and the, I guess, business products and things like that that I've invested in over the years. And, more than anything, this is sort of a gratitude list and, I guess, permission for some of you. If coaching with me or with anybody else is something that you're interested in but you're sort of hesitant to pull the trigger and maybe you have questions of like is it worth it? And obviously, with my coaching, my opinion is going to be, I won't say bias, but I know that our coaching program helps people. So get your own opinion on my coaching program, I guess, or take it with a grain of salt, but you know, maybe you've been thinking about signing up for coaching with me or someone else, but you sort of, like I said, you've got some nervousness or some hesitation. And so the first person that I want to talk about and give gratitude to is Dan Henry. So Dan Henry is a content creator. He has a YouTube channel, he's on Spotify, he's written some books and I have his book. It's called Millionaire Secrets or Digital Millionaire Secrets, and I really like Dan Henry. He's one of the most real, authentic, honest people, which obviously is something that's really going to resonate with me, and most of the people that I follow in the business world are very honest and authentic people. I like Alex Hermosi. I like Dan Henry even more because Dan Henry is like even more honest and like not pushy and all of that kind of stuff. I like Pat Flynn from Smart Passive Income, I like Gary V. I like a lot of these people who just talk about like authenticity and honesty and, you know, not pushing people into sales and all of that kind of stuff.

Speaker 1:

And so Dan Henry was someone that I clicked with very early on. I really I say early on. It was like I don't know a year and a half ago, but when I say early on, I mean as soon as I started watching his content. I just really liked him. And he has a similar story to, I think, a lot of us in this community, where he struggled for a long time and he wanted to start a business and he had all these doubts and insecurities and fears and he tried a bunch of different things and none of it worked and he was convinced that it wouldn't work. And then finally he started to make some money. And then he you know the rest is history and he offers a lot of products, a lot of books, although now most of them are incredibly cheap. He doesn't do coaching anymore, he's moved away from that and he just does like full-time coaching and he's put all of his products at a very low price because he's moved more in a direction that I really resonate with, where he's like I just want to help people. I'm not here to make a ton of money. I've made a ton of money, you know. I just want to start helping people. So I really liked that aspect of him.

Speaker 1:

But when he was more focused on money, which is when I did coaching with him or I paid for I went to a seminar of his. I paid for a seminar, like a four day seminar, and the seminar was called the raise your prices challenge and, as the name implies, the whole point of the seminar was to raise your prices and at the time I was charging like $900, I think, for three months of coaching and before the program even started, like, we got access to this private Facebook group and we were coming up for the seminar, coming up for the coaching, and I was just so inspired by some of the free shit that he gave us. Like as part of this seminar. He gave us a few books and video courses and I watched them, like religiously, like multiple times leading up to the days of the seminar and I was just like fuck it, man, I'm so inspired I'm going to do this thing, like how awesome would it be.

Speaker 1:

Like I know the entire point of this seminar is to get us all to raise our prices, so why the fuck am I waiting until the seminar starts? What if I be the man that takes action right now and that's what I'd encourage to any of you listening right now Don't wait for me to tell you to go outside and talk to a woman. Or, if you're a woman listening, don't wait for me to tell you to start your business or lose some weight or make more friends or whatever it is that you, any of you, might want. Don't wait for me to tell you to do that. Don't wait for the new year. You know New Year's resolution, new year, new me. Why don't you start right now? You know it's still November or it might be December by the time this gets released. It's December. You have one fucking month, why don't you start right now?

Speaker 1:

And so I had that mindset and I put my prices up, and I think I initially put it up to like $3,000 and I was like, oh my God, I've just tripled my price. I was so terrified, I was literally shitting myself, I was shaking, I couldn't sleep doing it. I was so convinced that people were going to tell me like, bro, this is too much money. Who the fuck do you think you are to charge this much money? You're such a fucking loser Like you don't deserve this. You know, I had to talk through it with Imogen and my friend Cam and a couple of my other friends, and you know, man, I was so terrifying. And then it gets to the day of the seminar and I'm like fuck it, I'm going to do it again.

Speaker 1:

And so I raised my prices again. I think I raised them to five thousand dollars for three months of coaching and that was like that was five thousand dollars for three months of one on one coaching with me. To my prices used to be way lower than they are right now. Jesus, man, looking back like man as well that I was charging a thousand dollars is not, it's not wild, but like I wasn't confident enough to charge more, I didn't give myself permission. And that's really more than anything what Dan Henry gave me with this paid course that I did this seminar.

Speaker 1:

You know it was like a four day seminar. It gave me permission to raise the prices and that's all it was. It was just Take that leap of faith. It's terrifying, but do it anyway, unless the advice I'd give to any of you with any goal, but especially with business. You know, if you're terrified to start a business, just take one baby step right now and just see what happens. Nothing bad happens. You know. The worst that happens is somebody says no, thank you, I don't want to buy your product or I don't want to buy your service, and you go okay, I'll go ask somebody else. Then that's the worst that ever happens. And so he gave me, more than anything, that permission and he showed me that wanting money and valuing your time is not wrong or shallow or bad. You know, I had all these sort of concerns. I've had a lot of weirdness around money. I'm still letting go of the last of it, even today. I had all these stories that money is bad or you're a sellout, and he helped me flip it around and see that it can be this beautiful thing because you're going to use that money to help other people. You know the kind of coaching that he did the. The message that he puts out.

Speaker 1:

I guess the target audience that Dan Henry has is people who Predominantly run a coaching business like where they're helping other people giving a service. He also coaches people on products and stuff like that, but For the most part, his content and his philosophies, his help, is there to help people who want to coach people, and that was one of the points he made. He's like you're here because you like to help people. You're all here because you want to make the world a little bit better. You don't want people to suffer. You want people to be happy. You want them to be successful, you want them to win and if you win, that inspires them more. If you make more money, that inspires them to make money, you're leading by example. The kindest thing or the best thing you could do for all of your audience and your clients is to make a lot of money, and so he really helped me get in touch with that abundance and, again, that's something that I'm still working through to this day. I've always had weirdness around money and I'm really unbelievably grateful to him.

Speaker 1:

It was such an amazing seminar. I used the fuck out of it. I made the most of it. Oh my god, like there was like 200 people on this seminar. It was like a zoom call and it was like a four day seminar and I had to wake up. It was like 2am my time. It was like just in same time, which gives me so much respect for the coaching clients of mine that don't make excuses when they live in like Europe or any of these countries where the coaching calls are like 2am their time, and they just shut the fuck up and show up anyway and they never complain and they just like I'm gonna make the most of this, I don't give a shit, like I'm gonna get up at 2am and that's what I did for this seminar and I really made the most of it.

Speaker 1:

So there's like 200 people there and you know Dan Henry and his team are giving like giving speeches and doing the seminar and stuff, but they're also asking questions and interacting with all of us and every single opportunity that I had he like he would go to the audience, I guess, or he would go to us and say who wants to? Does anyone have an example or does anyone have any questions? Holy fuck, I spoke up like every time. Remember, there's like 200 people there and I'm just like putting my hand up all the fucking time. I got to talk to him like personally, like 10 times. It was fucking insane. And so I felt like for a lot of it was like one on one coaching with just me and everyone else it's. You know, everyone else is just sitting there too shy to put their fucking hands up. There was like one or two other people that use the group. There was like a woman who also, funnily enough, lived in Australia, and there was some other guy as well, but there was only like three of us that spoke up out of like 200 people and, man, I just fucking milked the shit out of that seminar and that seminar. Oh my god, that has like propelled me into. You know where I am today, where I'm charging.

Speaker 1:

At the time of this recording, the group coaching is $11,000 and that's entirely because of him. That is like literally because him, because he gave me that permission. So I'm super grateful to him. I wouldn't be in this beautiful position if I hadn't paid for that seminar and hadn't followed his content. So that's one example of where investing in myself and putting some money out there and that was at a time where I really didn't have the money for that seminar An image and I debated for like a week leading up to that seminar and I was like I really can't, we can't afford this baby, but maybe we can't afford not to do this. Like fuck. Like you know, we're just sitting here struggling and I know this guy can help me fuck it. I'm gonna take this leap of faith. You know we had to borrow a little bit of money. It was really fucking terrifying and it was the best investment, best decision that I could have made at that point in time.

Speaker 1:

Another coach that has helped me a lot and still helps me to this day is my coach Keith. Keith is a spiritual coach. He's a life coach, sort of a counselor at times, and man Keith has had such a beautiful, big impact on my life. Everything that I have learned about Byron Keady, david Hawkins, all of those kind of mindsets and everything you've heard me say when I talk about, like anything that those two. You know, authors and people have put out byron Keady and David Hawkins. That is solely because of Keith. Keith was the one that put me onto them, and a bunch of other people as well.

Speaker 1:

Like I wouldn't have read all of Mother Teresa's books if it wasn't for Keith, I wouldn't be moving so much towards peace and love. Well, I would, because it was still something. Actually, no, no, I don't even know that I would have. Honestly, because I first started seeing him during lockdowns, when I was really stressed and I had no concept of peace or love. Like, I knew that I wanted to be more peaceful and I wanted to feel more love. Like most people want that right. Most people want peace and love and happiness and joy. Like there aren't really many human beings on the planet who'd be like no, I don't want to be happy. Like. And so I saw him during the lockdowns literally just because Imogen said he might be a decent counselor for you. He's not a proper counselor, but you know he might be able to do some counseling sessions with you to help with all the stress that you're feeling with lockdowns. Because he helped her a little bit and she was like, maybe he can help you.

Speaker 1:

I had no intention of like love or peace or any of that. It was him sort of. He just had this aura about him. There was just something different. You know, I would listen to him speak, just watching her calm. He was just watching how loving he was and watching how free he was with his love and there was no embarrassment there. There was no like oh, it's gay to like express love towards another man, like there was just none of that shit. He was just this loving, wholesome, whole person and he just had this fucking energy and I was like I don't know. I remember after the first session I was like I don't know what that guy is smoking, but I want some of that.

Speaker 1:

And over the years, you know, I've worked with him for like a year and a half, maybe two years at this point I can't remember on and off, like we've had periods where I don't see him for a while and then periods where I see him every two weeks. Right now I'm seeing him every two weeks. And over that time man, like he's introduced me to Byron Keady, david Hawkins, mother Teresa, like just all of these different people. He's basically like a gateway drug for me for all of these amazing ideas and philosophies. He's super spiritual. You know. He's very high on the map of consciousness, if you know what I'm referring to when I talk about that. You know enlightenment, so to speak. He's very far along spiritually and just such a loving, humble, beautiful human being. I've met him in person once as well and that was great, got to give him a hug and that was really fucking cool. Just like an amazing guy. And he's had such a beautiful journey himself as well.

Speaker 1:

Like he was very unhappy when he was younger and so his answer was to throw himself into self-improvement and he worked on his body. He started his own personal training business. You know, I think he I don't know if he got laid a ton, but he had girlfriends and, you know, success with women and stuff like that, and it just he was like searching for something. In his own words, he was like man, I'm doing all this stuff, I have this perfect body, my life is amazing, like I'm making money, I have my own business, and yet I'm not satisfied why. And it was because he was just like grinding away and he thought that you had to suffer to reach your goals. And, by the way, he was the person who gave me that epiphany that you don't have to suffer in order to reach your goals.

Speaker 1:

But you know, he finally had that epiphany himself where he's like, fuck, maybe, maybe my life doesn't have to be this constant grind. Like maybe I'm actually allowed to enjoy working on goals and the effort that I take is allowed to be effortless. So so the action that I take is allowed to be effortless, maybe this doesn't have to be painful. And that was when he started moving more towards like letting go and just enjoying the process and taking the same action that he was taking before, but without all of the stress and the pain and the battle. You know what I mean. And so paying him for coaching, paying him to coach me, I would say, has changed the entire course of my life. But that is an understatement times a thousand. Like my life just went in a completely different direction from the first couple of sessions I ever did with him. Like his coaching is the sole reason that I moved into a more loving and peaceful direction. And maybe I would have found it eventually. I think I would have.

Speaker 1:

I've always had a mild interest in Buddhism and stuff like that, but man Keith was just like. He just laid that shit out for me. He's like hey, you're allowed to be happy, you don't have to be, you know, in pain, you don't have to suffer, this doesn't have to be a battle. Like, why do you have to hate working on your goals? Why does it have to feel like a chore? It doesn't have to and it's a hundred percent because I paid him money that I'm moving in this direction. I'm so grateful for him. If any of you are interested, I could probably get him on the podcast at some point. I just haven't suggested it because he's been building his own stuff and doing his own shit, but I'm pretty sure he would come on the podcast. I could get him on my YouTube channel or something. So maybe I'll reach out to him and we'll do that. If you want that, just shoot me an email or leave a comment on any of my YouTube videos. I read every single comment, so Leave a comment or send me an email if you want to have me interview him.

Speaker 1:

But he also gave me permission to move my content in a more spiritual direction or more, I don't know more loving direction spiritual maybe spiritual is the word, I don't know. I'm more like Loving in peaceful direction. He gave me permission to go for abundance with money as well. I'd already gotten a little bit of that from Dan Henry, obviously, but Keith gave me the permission to go all the way with it and Be, or allow myself, true abundance and to say I'm allowed to have as much money as people want to give me. You know he gave me permission to do.

Speaker 1:

It is literally because of him that I've released my video courses and books, and all of that for one dollar each. You can pay more than that, but it's like minimum one dollar. So all of my products. If you're not familiar, we've got two video courses and a book right now. The video course is a play to win mindset, which is how I like everything I've learned for the last 15 years, how I went from depressed and suicidal to living life of abundance and joy. So that's a video course and it's also a book. Cam wrote a book for me, which we've released, which is how to get laid in six weeks even if you're a virgin or inexperienced, and I already had the threesome guide that I done, you know, ages ago. So there's a video course and a book, a couple of books associated with that, and Keith gave me permission to charge, to basically set those things up now as a pay, whatever you want, kind of model, like you're basically donating to me when you buy them. So even if you just only want to give me one dollar for those video, courses and books, you can.

Speaker 1:

And that literally comes from him. It's because he told me a story of how his grandfather was doing like life coaching, essentially or spiritual coaching, I guess and at first his grandfather decided to just do it as like I will just do this shit for people and they can pay me whatever they want. And he slowly just built out this. It wasn't even meant as a business, he just wanted to help people and he basically accidentally built a business by just helping a lot of people and they can all pay him whatever they want now and that's how he pays his bills and apparently he's made lots of money from that and he hasn't even tried to make money. It was never even His main purpose. His main purpose was to help people. And as soon as I heard that story I was like, oh man, that's fucking magical, that's beautiful. And it was like two months later that I was like, fuck it, I'm gonna do that, I'm gonna try that I'm gonna try to sing what happens and At the time of this recording, the video course and the book.

Speaker 1:

So two of those three products that I mentioned before. We've only released them like a month ago, at the time of this recording, and we've already made like 1500 US dollars from them, from literally just saying everybody can pay whatever they want. Look at that $1500. You know how fucking beautiful that is, and so that came from Keith. That's entirely because of Keith and you know the inspiration from him telling me about his grandfather doing that. So my entire life is radically different because I invested in coaching with with Keith and, like I said, I still do coaching with him to this day.

Speaker 1:

By the way, if any of you are interested in, like if you want to do coaching from Keith, he offers one Time you can do like a one off call with him, or you can do ongoing calls with him at the time of this recording and this might change in future, but at the time of this recording it's about 110 US dollars per session and You're more than welcome if you want to send me an email or Actually, I tell you. I'll tell you how to get in contact with him. So on Instagram it is KJ dot coaching. His name is Keith samson and you can find him on there. I get absolutely no money if you sign up with him, obviously, but man dude has, like absolutely changed my life and continues to do so, so I really recommend, if this is something that you're interested in, it, you know, hit the guy up. He's an absolutely amazing, lovely human being. He has so many interesting philosophies and ideas. He just genuinely cares. I think that's the thing I get from my sessions with him more than anything. It's like you can just tell that this man really cares about you and really wants you to be happy. So I'm so super, super, super grateful to him.

Speaker 1:

The final person who really helped me was Josh, my bodybuilding coach, so he helped me more than anything, love my body instead of being a war with it. He helped me focus on progress, not perfection. That was a big thing that we talked about. He helped me not see things as binging versus being on track. So for the longest time, I used to look at it like you know either I'm on track and everything's perfect, or I had a binge and I ate too much and I'm bad, and I fell off the horse. And he's like no, it's not like that, it's just like you ate some excess calories today, that's it. Like you don't have to tell this big story of man, I over ate and I'm a bad person and I binge ate and I'm never gonna make it. He's like no, you just ate some extra calories. Like, that's it. So he helped me not like yo yo back and forwards as violently as I used to. He helped me enjoy the gym and actually enjoy the process of working out.

Speaker 1:

He taught me so much like actual knowledge about like protein. You know, I used to never eat much protein when I was working out and then I would wonder why I wasn't really gaining any muscle. I used to eat like fucking 30 to 50 grams of protein a day While trying to like add muscle. I'm surprised I added any muscle at all. And he was like whoa, why are you only eating that little? And I was like but isn't that how much you should eat? And he's like dude, no, we're gonna start you at like 150 grams and maybe go up from there like Dude, like fucking hell.

Speaker 1:

He taught me that you're allowed to eat certain foods that you love, like hamburgers, and they don't have to be bad. They can just be part of your like your meal plan or part of your diet if you just factor them in. You know, he helped me Believe, more than anything, that I'm allowed to have a nice body, that I'm allowed to like myself. He really really, really taught me to stop comparing myself to others and instead just focus on the best like me that I can be, especially when it comes to physical appearance. He helped me a lot with that, you know. He helped me a lot with my own coaching as well. He and I did a podcast together on my youtube channel so you can just search on youtube for you know andy and josh on my channel. He also has his own podcast which I went on, so his podcast is called the pro cast. I really recommend you listen, like recommend his channel. It's all his. His podcast is really fucking good. He talks about my and, say, talks about coaching. He talks about fitness, obviously, bodybuilding and all sorts of stuff and he's just such a like a lovely human being as well.

Speaker 1:

I think maybe the biggest epiphany he gave me was like I was beating myself up a lot and feeling like I had wasted the day, so to speak. You know I got I did nothing today and he gave me this mindset where he's like, no matter how much of the day that you've supposedly like wasted, as long as there's still some time left on the clock, you can still save it. In other words, like, even if it's 1150 PM, just do one thing that day and then you can say fuck it, I did one thing. And I really like that mindset because it's a variation of baby steps or give yourself permission to suck. It's like it doesn't matter if you didn't do anything that day or you feel like you didn't make any progress. Just do something right now and then now you've made progress. In other words, you can solve that problem immediately. You don't have to be a victim and be like, oh, I failed today, it was a bad day. It's like no, just fix it right now, just take some action right now. So I'll always be super grateful to Josh. I'll probably leave a link in the description below to all these people so that you can yeah, I'll do that so you can go and check them out. So again, the Dan, henry, keith and Josh. I will leave a link to all of them.

Speaker 1:

I'm really grateful for these guys honestly I am and everyone else who's helped me. So many people have fucking helped me. I could list out all the other people that have helped me for free. You know, like good looking loser and Mark Manson and Caleb Jones and Five billion other people, but these are the people that I've paid money to for coaching specifically. I'm really glad that I invested in them. I'm really glad that, you know, they taught me all this stuff, and I say it sometimes to my friends when they're like, oh, I'm thinking of paying for this coach and I'm like, just fucking do it, man.

Speaker 1:

Like you cannot put a price on knowledge. I literally couldn't put a price on how much these people have made me in terms of like money, happiness, peace, love, sex, just everything. Like Dan Henry goddamn. If I was to pay him back, I'd probably need to pay him a million dollars For how much he helped me. Keith, a million dollars wouldn't be enough. I mean, yeah, like it, just it really wouldn't. Josh as well, a million dollars would not be enough. And like, the money that these people charged me is like I almost feel like I robbed them. I didn't really. I don't think of it like that. It's not a zero, some game, but like God damn it, like they gave me a billion times more than I gave them. All I did was give them a little bit of money, and the shit that they have given me is absolutely fucking insane. So I'm really grateful to these people.

Speaker 1:

I'll leave a link in the description below to each of them. If you would like to sign up for coaching with me, obviously I would love to have you happy to jump on a free call with you and, you know, make sure the coaching program is right for you. I also have those two hundred dollar calls. You know, if you're not sure about signing up for the big Coaching program, or maybe you just need a little nudge in the right direction, you don't need the full on program, but you just have a couple of questions. I'm doing those two hundred dollar calls as well with. So we sit down, talk about whatever you want to talk about and build your own. Talk about whatever you want to talk about and build you that beautiful life that I. I know you want and maybe you don't know you deserve it, but you fucking do so, as always. Ladies and gentlemen, go out there and crush those beautiful goals.
